City of Shasta Lake Sports Complex / Recreation Area Community Collaboration Survey

We are looking for your help in planning park improvements to Polf Park/Bizz Johnson Park.  The State of California Department of Parks and Recreation has released Proposition 68 Round 3 competitive grant funding.  The intent of the grant program is to create new parks and new recreation opportunities in critically undeserved communities.  Grants range from $200,000 to $8M.

Members of the community and the City Parks and Recreation Commission narrowed down the project site to Polf Park/Bizz Johnson Park -- with the focus of creating new opportunities in the existing park area.

We need residents input what you would like to have as new features, expand features, or renovate existing areas of the park.

The commission and community members envision the Shasta Lake Sports Complex and Recreation Area for the Park area known as Bizz Johnson Park and Polf Park (Sacramento Street/Shasta Dam Blvd).

Please take 1 minute to answer what park features are important to you.
